Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pennsylvania

Video Surveillance across state lines

Currently, I am involved in litigation with my former employer. I received a video tape from my former employer's lawyer of me and my wife leaving our house and driving to a discount food warehouse in Maryland. The majority of the tape caught me crying in the parking due to the stress they have put me through. My former employer's lawyer did not address the tape in court nor did he direct any questions regarding the tape. I still do not know the purpose of the tape, but I feel my privacy has been violated.
