Use Of Untried Crimes At Trial

If your going to trial on charges occuring in May Of 1985, and your scheduled for another trial for crimes occuring in August of 1985 can the criminal accusations of August be used against you in your trial for May charges?

Generally no - they would be irrelevant. However, in some limited instances they would be "other bad acts" that evince opportunity, motive, etc.
