Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

My brother bought a violin 15 years ago from a yard sale ( a family he knew) for $200 now the daughter of that family is saying it was her violin and wants it back or she will seek legal action, can she sue my brother for a purchase made 15 years ago?

Anyone can sue anyone for anything at any time. The question is, will she win? Based upon the limited facts, I do not see how that would be possible. That would appear to be a pretty frivolous lawsuit.
