Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

my order wasn't fulfilled

I live in Canada and ordered some

materials online for my business from

a Philadelphia company about 2

months ago. The order total was

about $780 and I received only about

$100 worth of materials from the

company. Now they do not return

their calls and I want to get a refund.

The total amount they owe me is not

much but I do not want them to get

away with this and do it to other

people. What can I do? I am worried

taking legal action would cost more

than the amount they owe me

therefore I just need advice as to my

options. Thanks,

Re: my order wasn't fulfilled

I would assume that you paid this by credit card. If so, then simply contact your card issuer and dispute the charges for the excess. They will refund the amount to your card, and will begin an investigation.
