Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

Pa. used car

Ibought a car as is. but the dealer new the door locks didn't work and the vehical didn't make it home befor i started haveing problems. the dealer said he new the door locks did not work ,he just forgot. i told him that if he had told me i would not of bought the car. you the dealer said it was a good vehical and was sound. in this day and age you have to lock the vehical. do i have a leg to stand on becouse of the non discloser of a prexesting condation that was not disclosed at the time of the sale. he new it was a work vehical and i would be carring my tools in it.
