Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I bought a car on payments. The engine went out and needs replaced no written contract just verbal. Under verbal contract if I missed 3 payments the seller would repo the vehicle. I parked it on his property and missed 8 payments. Can he still make me pay the balance if he has it on his property?

Yes! Why is it that you feel entitled to not pay for a car because the engine went out? You bought it, its your problem, not the seller's. He sold you the car. He does not have to accept the car back in ruined condition.
