Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I have cc judgments against me in PA. The cc were in my name only. Now, my wife and I are about to sell our house. We owe the house together. Will these judgment be a factor in selling our home? thanks

Anything owned as a tenancy-by-the-entireties is exempt from the claims of a creditor of only one of you. You can put the sale proceeds in the bank, but you really need to think about resolving these judgments.
