Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Credit Report

I just check my credit rating and found a report from a credit agency from a year and a half ago. How do I go about getting this cleared off my record?

Re: Credit Report

In order to provide suggestions to resolve your issue more information is needed. If you dispute the debt it will be important for you to write a letter to the credit agencies identifying the debt as disputed. I suggest you seek legal counsel and provide him with more detailed information. A credit agency would only represent someone who claims that they are a creditor. Identify the creditor and the nature of the debt first before you challenge it.
