for the last five years sears has been ruining my name by lying on my credit report ive contacted them many times about this matter but they just refuse to listen they report a judgement against me but when we went to court about this matter their lawyers agreed i didnt owe sears anything so the judge dismissed the judgement but sears refuses to what can I do thank you

Have you been complaining to Sears in writing and providing them with documentation that there is no judgment against you (sent certified mail, return receipt requested)? Sears has gotten in trouble for trying to get people to reaffirm credit card debt after it was discharged in bankruptcy, proving the giant can be challenged, but you have to have a paper trail.
