There is no wage garnishment in Pennsylvania for most types of debts. So it would depend on what the judgment is for.

Marital personal/real property is generally safe from seizure for a debt owed by one spouse only.

You mention the husband's business. Exemptions only apply to persons, not businesses generally. Is the business incorporated? What does it own? Does it have a bank account?
