how do I get judgements removed from the court house when they were part of a bankruptcy and the claim went away via bankruptcy discharge?

During the case, your attorney should have filed a motion to remove the liens, if there was no equity beyond your exemption. If the case is closed, it can be reopened for that purpose.

Attorney Nahrgang is correct. The judgments could be avoided to the extent they impaired your exemptions. If this happened the bankruptcy would have wiped out the judgments. It may be that something just needs filed with the county court to let the court know that the judgments were discharged via bankruptcy.

Your bankruptcy attorney should have assisted you with this. Did you check with him/her? If not then I would take Attorney Nahrgang up on his offer.
