Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

partnership on property deed

I bought a house for my sister, that she promised to pay me monthly installments until the amount I paid was paid, she has failed to keep her verbal agreement and I am constantly asking for payment or something, she has managed to have the propery in both our names and if she dies it is solely mine and vise/versa. What if anything can I do to recoup my money?

The easiest answer to give is that you may file a partition action and have the court determine who owns what portion of the property. That's probably the worst practical solution. I suggest contacting a mediation service of some kind to attempt a resolution satisfactory to both you and your sister.
