Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Property liens

My name was put on my Mother's house in March of 2002, then removed a few months later. Can a lien for payment be put on my Mother's house for my debt???

Can you 'bankrupt' judgements that are against you???

Re: Property liens

with regards to a possible lien on your mother's house, more facts are needed. when was the debt accrued and when did you fail to pay on it? why was your named removed from your mother's house? the list could go on and on. consult an attorney in your area for a more in depth analysis.
