Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I recently committed to debt consolidation program. All my creditors responded that they won't honor these programs. Every other comercial you see is for these types of programs, how can they not be for real,i've committed to this and can't back out now i've already sent in more than $1500 . Am I in trouble for doing this ?

No you are not in trouble. Your creditors do not have to work with the debt consolidation company if they do not want to. However, many of them choose to do so because they want paid.

Beware, there are good and bad actors in the debt consolidation industry. You should be able to cancel the program at any time, although you may not get a full refund. Better to cancel now if you are with one of the bad actors. However, I would need to review your paperwork.

Please contact me to discuss your situation.
