Why small claims court? Under the Federal Debt Collection Act you can sue them in State or Federal Court. Depending on whether and to what extreme they have violated the act, you may receive damages and attorney fees.

Re: sue transinion

Credit bureaus are not collection agencies, so I'm not sure how they're "bullying" you. But there's nothing to sue them for in small claims court. Small claims court is for small money claims.

You would have to sue them in state or federal court for violation of the fair credit act. You did not indicate what they're doing, but if it's a violation of the act, then you can get damages and attorney's fees.

You can sue them in any state, as they operate in every state.
