Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Being Sued on business credit card

If i am in a debt settlement program but a credit card company still elects to sue me, can the courts denigh the claim since i am in a program? The debt is for a business credit card, but I am self employed.

The debt settlement program does not prevent the CC company from suing you. They have no obligation to accept anything less than what you owe them, and they do not have to accept lesser payments in lieu of suing you.
