Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
We bailed our granddaughter out of jail (1500.) in Phila. If she does not follow through with her court appearances will we lose the whole 15,000 of her bail?

Yes. If she fails to show up for court or violates any of her bail conditions, you will be responsible for the entire bail amount.
