Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

My brother's in a lot of trouble

My brother is facing these charges;

Int Poss Contr Subst By Per Not Reg, Adult/muti/dest Label, Manuf/del/poss/w Int Manuf Or Del, Conspisre Burglary, Burglary, Theft By Unlawful taking, criminal mischief and a probation violation. He was caught with 70 vicodin in the car with him, and he also robbed my house, and was caught with my jewelry in the car when he was arrested for the pills. I was wondering how much time he's looking at, because I'm not dropping charges and he's crying that he's going to do all kinds of time because I won't drop them. He's on probation for possession of marijuana

Re: My brother's in a lot of trouble

The drug charge alone carries a maximum of 15 years. Beyond that a lot will depend if the sentences are concurrent or consecutive. I would guess they might be both.

If he can't do the time why did he do the crime.
