Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was charged with 2 simple assaults and 1 harassment a few months ago. I took a plea bargain that stated I must attend a 6 month long therapy program and in return they would drop the 2 simple assaults and leave me with the harassment charge. I've just recently been informed that I may have to move out of state if I want to keep my job. Should I just leave and hope for the best? My court date isn't until a month from now. Or should I try to work it out? What would my punishment be if caught in another state? I believe all of them are misdemeanors. Not sure what I should do. Changing Jobs is not an option.

Without knowing all of the facts of your case, and without knowing your criminal history, it is not possible to answer your question. But I can tell you that I can't imagine any circumstance where going on the run would make things better. If you do that, you would run the risk of them running your sentences consecutive, meaning, you could serve jail time on the first simple assault, then time on the second assault, then time for the third assault. I would hope that you have an attorney working on this. I would suggest that you consult with him and see if he can work something out where you would be permitted to leave the state.
