Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I was convicted in 2008 and ordered to pay restitution
In 2011 I was sentenced to a 1-3 for VOP. which I maxed
Currently there is no sentence.
Am I still required to comply with restitution. Judge stated it was required while I was under sentence. Docket shows the county is pursuing via collections.
