Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter is being subpoenaed for a local DA. She lent her car to her boyfriend and his friend and the friend shoplifted and got caught. The boyfriend was charges with a misdemeanor and the friend is getting 5 counts of theft because he has done this at other stores. My daughter drove both of them to other stores but did not shoplift. Can they charge her or do you think they just want her as a witness.

Yes they could. Even though she's not even a suspect now doesn't mean she might say something that could trigger criminal charges against her. She should have counsel.
