Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

my daugter in law has to go to court on a "corruption of a minor" charge........ don't totally understand the exact situation but the "minor" is my 2 year old granddaughter so this is of great concern to me.......my son found out his wife has been visiting another man in prison almost every week for the last 6 months and on a recent visit supposedly they were talking sexually and the guy was masturbating on the other side of the glass----the prison officials are bringing the corruption charges against my daughter in law.....can you tell me what possible repercussions could happen ....... if it matters she has no record ( has never even had a speeding ticket)

It's going to hurt her if there is a custody battle over your granddaughter. A conviction for corruption of a minor is an offense that affeacts custody. That and it's a felony. Probably time for your son to either geyt her back on track or divorce her.
