drug possession

i was wonderig wat i should exspect or if i need a atttorny well i was walking home from a freinds house when two people i know stopped their car said hello to me when they drove off a cop was behind them stoped me . iwasnt drunk but he search me found less then an 8th tookme to the station prosseced me through im suposed towait for them to send me a paper stating when the court date is .this is my 1st time on record with weedor any drung for that matter . i was wondering for pa. what to exspect or if i should have someone there to represent me

OK, first what was the policeman's grounds to search you. He can pat you down but unless you consented he can't search you. Nor do you have to provide the police any thing past you name and address. You have the right to remain silent. So remain silent. You have the right to an attorney so ask for one.
