Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I had fed ex drop a package off at my door, the package had my address, but someone elses name, instead of returning it, I put it on ebay, it was valued at 400 dollars, it was baby formula, I got caught, and was charged with theft by mistake, which is a misdemeanor, I was never arrested, but I have a court date, what r the penalties for this crime, it is my first and last offense. Thank you
