Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

How do i file a petition for early release on my wifes behalf, on the grounds of her severe physical and mental health concerns? She has already exceeded her minimum sentence ,but is being refused parole on the grounds of not taking a program.

You should consult with the attorney that handled her case as you will not be permitted to file anything on her behalf. Only she or her attorney can file, so the first step would be to speak with her counsel, and if she was unrepresented, I would suggest that she retain someone now to assist with this matter.
