Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

hello

i just got my green card 2 months ago and i want to get my id but i have a driver license under another name something that i was using just to work work i never got in any legal problem with. i was using this information under the owner concern i did not steal it. here in pennsylvania the motor vehicle has a system calls facial recognition if i going to get a id with my name they goin to find out i all ready have a license with different name and i dont know what can happen to me. can somebody help me? thx

If the system catches it then criminal charges can be filed against you. I have had a few clients charged in this scenario but they were given the ARD program for first time offenders because they had no prior criminal history. If you are found guilty of this offense and you have a prior record, it is a minor offense and the chances of jail are slim but you would have a record.
