Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Well I got hit with a driving under d u I suspension back in May finally had my hearing on Thursday and the district justice said he was gonna give me 30 days in jail he signed the agreement I signed the agreement. Check the mail today and got a letter from the D j saying he decided to give 60 days instead. If i appeal this can i win

The District Justice is correct in that he gave you the incorrect sentence of 30 days. There is mandatory jail time of 60-90 days for driving under a DUI suspension. You should definitely appeal this decision as you might prevail. If you do not, then the judge must incarcerate you, so you should consult with an experienced attorney.
