Open Container 2nd offense in Philadelphia. 26 yrs old

was given citation for drinking on subway platform. I have to appear in court, whats my worst case scenario?

Depending on how far apart the offenses were, it would seem that your fine would be larger and possible (but doubtful) jail time---probation, again depending on the statute

What was the statute under which you were cited? That would also dictate the penalties...They may also suggest that you might need an alcohol evaluation....

I believe the citation will bring you to community court....if that is the case, most likely probation and community service. If, however, you still had issues with the first instance, there could be more problems. Call me or write back if you want to discuss in detail.
