Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Hello, I am in Pennsylvania. My father has been jailed for theft by deception. He had no power of attorney in place. Neither his former civil attorney nor court appointed counsel is willing to assist me. His home property is being put up for tax sale the end of Sept. it is not in the county that has charged him. I do not have the funds to pay the taxes. I was informed that if I were to sell any of his vehicles or anything that I too may be charged with a crime. there has been no levies or seizures yet by the prosecution. What can I do to save our farm? Without becoming a criminal?

You need to get a power of attorney drafted to allow you to sell the vehicles. The Defender can't so you're going to have to find another attorney to help you.
