Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I pled quilty to criminal mischief in exchange to have charges dropped, now when I did a background check all the charges show up there, even though they were supposed dropped in the case. why is that

The charges were dropped but the arrest wasn't expunged.
