Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
As a private citizen I posted bail for a family member with the verbal agreement to call me everyday, call me with new phone number and address. While in jail he called me up to three times a day. After posting bail he was released and I have not heard from him since. I am able to revoke his bail. I am in the state of Pa.
