Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

okay so i returned stolen goods at walmart 157 dollars with my brothers id and he doesn't know however a summons came in the mail. what would be the best way to go about this preferably without him knowing i took his id. also what kind of time would i be facing in your experience? Ive been procrastinating on doing anything but don't want my brother to end up with a warrant for not going to court.. i really need some help please

Let see you've just confessed to 2 crimes. Is his name on the summons? If he doesn't show for court he'll find out when he becomes a guest of the county. I expect he'll be less than please. If you intercepted the summons from the mail you now have committed a federal crime mail tampering. You need to come clean tonight if you don't it will not go well for you.
