simple assault
how can I prove the simple assault I'm being charged with was really an accident since I was leaving the establishment(local bar) and a women step in front of me to confront my girlfriend while I was in the process of reaching for the door directly in front of me? It looked like I intentionally hit her in the face but in reality it WAS NOT intentional but an accident
