Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My son was arrested for m2 flight to avoid prosecution by a police officer who he has a child with his sister when there were other cops there and when we went to his hearing he wouldn't accept a plea so this same cop added on resisting arrest which he didn't do all because this police officer hates my son what can I do
