Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Summary Offense

I plead guilty to a Disorderly Conduct offense two years ago in PA? Recently, Ive been thinking of applying for a State Government job in Pa. Will it show up on their criminal background check?

On their application they ask if you have ever been convicted of asummary, felony, or misd.

Re: Summary Offense
