Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I have never been in trouble and I'm 30 yrs old. I got into trouble with welfare and plead guilty to a misdemeanor 1. I am the breadmaker for my family. I believe I'm a good person. I just got mixed up in some stuff. What are the chances of me going to jail??

This is something that you will need to discuss with an Attorney as soon as possible.

Before answering your question, there is more information that an Attorney would need to know.

What level did you plead guilty at? Did you have an Attorney representing you on this case at the time that you plead guilty? If there was a plea agreement then you should already know what to expect in exchange for your guilty plea.

As I said above, you should consult with an Attorney on this as soon as possible.

If you have a sentencing hearing date coming up, you should have an Attorney review your case before then and attend this hearing date. You can contact my office if you are in or around Pittsburgh/Allegheny County to discuss your case.

Thank you,
