Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

I am a full time salaried teacher whose school was unable to pay me my summer pay checks in July, was told August is questionable. This is not the first time I did not receive all my monies and also had my salary docked without documentation.

I was not informed prior to payday that we were not going to be able to be paid. "The school district" withheld money from the school was the reasoning. Needless to say 7 weeks later, I had to quit with the looming uncertainty. Yesterday, I received a letter saying that they are retroactively terminating my benefits. It is my understanding that they can't do that. I am reaching out to the other 20 sone people who quit to see their benefit situation.

What should I do next?
