Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

I have been harassed on my job, I feel like I'm treated different because I'm the only male in my department. I've been told that I was not good enough and that I'm not capable of learning new skills cause I don't listen; then was given a sad excuse why. My hours was cut. They let go two people in my department and when I asked can I move up or get my hours back I was told no, but we was able us the over time to catch up on work. I'm the only person in this department, with a Degree and health care and I'm always denied any opportunity to grow. My boss is willing to lie to cover other females in the department. They allow them to have privileges, such as allow them to stay after their work schedule to finish work; I can't at all. I get random Calls from my boss asking "what am I doing" and before I can respond she'll say "you not doing nothing". I was put on a task that was only asked by me to do; which was obvious that the task needed multiple people to help. I assisted anyway just to find out there was an out source that was coming anyway to do this job. I was asked to assist a lead in the department and when I did all that the lead asked I was cc'ed on a email by my boss saying basically I was the reason she didn't get her work done. Rules for me changes all the time. I went to my HR to explain myself and she said whatever my boss is saying " i just need to fix it". So then I went to my bosses boss and he said well what to you want me to do. My boss lies on me consistently and when I had a meeting with her and HR I was attacked and was told To be Quiet and listen. I could not defend myself at all. Today I was blamed for not cc my boss in an email, which was on Monday and why I was sending email at the end of my day. They stress so much how important that we send emails to communicate what was done at the end of the shift. This day was a very busy day, because there was a lot of auditing going on which cause me to work until the end of my shift. So if I don't send a email I'm in trouble, but if I take sometime to make sure I get all the work they requested done first and them send email as the last thing to do; I'm in trouble, But anyway I did cc her in the email, but she did not care about the proof. Yesterday a co-worker stayed 45 minutes after her shift was done. After our meeting I was talking to a co-worker. When I left that Coworker, I got a call from them saying that my boss came right over in there office and asked them " why was he over here and what was he doing here". I was on break when this occurred Plus my job consist of a lot of moving around to different departments.

I was fired today. I asked why? HR exact words was " Decision was already made So Therefore there are no reason for an explanation".

I believe I have been harassed because I'm the only mail in this department. What do the law think?

Discrimination based on sex may be actionable. I suggest you speak with a attorney concerning this matter. These matters are fact sensitive. You must file a claim of alleged discrimination either with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Comisson or EEOC in certain periods of time. Having witnesses from your work who would back up your claim of being treated differently because of your Gender would also be helpful.
