Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I had a 1st off dui with the highest level 1.6< in 2007 ask court for cont., but they did not allow my request. I live in WV and it was a 7hr drive. Do they still have a legal pending on me?

I can check if you email me your info but I suspect there is a warrant out there for your arrest. You will have to go before a judge to clear up the warrant or risk being picked up and held in jail until extradition. Do you know what county in which you were charged?
