Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

If I have a 10+ year old DUI charge in Pennsylvania, with a Refusal, how likely is it that I will be prosecuted if caught? If I am prosecuted is it easier to beat the charge now?

YES!!!do this type of thing all the time.

You should not wait any longer. There are probably warrants out for you and your licensr is most likely suspended dui related. This carries mandatory jail time. I do not mean to scare you but you can't play with this.
