Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

ARD- 60 Day License Suspension-

I was wondering if it is at all possible (with legal representation) to be approved for an occupational limited license during the 2 month license suspension for commuting to and from work or do you basically lose your job? Any information will be greatly appriciated.

No, there is no way you can escape the 60 day suspension. ARD permits you to be excused from serving teh 1 year license suspension, but the OLL statute prohibits any first time DUI, ARD or not, from obtaining a OLL during the first 60 days of the suspension.
