dui in pittsburgh pa

i got a Dui and the blood test was .168. I ve never gotten a dui or arrested. I crashed into a barrier and the cops came thats how i got cought. What will the judge give me??

You should retain private counsel immediately. I'm based out of Philadelphia, but I can get you in touch with a DUI guy out there. They may try to deny you ARD because of the collision.

You're probably eligible for A.R.D. or P.D.Q. in Allegheny County. It means no jail time but fines, restitution if any for the barrier, costs, classes, and a license suspension. Please feel free to call and I'll explain. There's no charge for the telephone call.
