Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

will i lose my nursing license in the state of pennsylvania for a DUI, it is my first offense.

I have represented several nurses with first offense DUIs. None has lost their license for a first offense as they were all placed into the ARD program for first time offenders where there was no conviction - just fines and classes. The charges then get dropped after you go through a period of informal probation.
