Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have 2 children that currently I pay support on,both children were accepted to a boarding school where the will be living full time.all expenses will be covered housing, food, clothing, medical and dental.will I still be required to pay or can I have it modified.I have asked this question before and received an answer that " I am still liable for support" this doesn't seem fair as the children will not be living with their mother so what is the support for ? the school ( Hershey Milton) is free it won't involve any cost from either parent.

When you said boarding school was under the impression the bording school was one that cost serious bucks. The question might be why are the children with the other parent if they need to go to Milton Hershey.

I would talk to a local attorney and see what you can do. There are a lot more facts that need to be looked at.
