Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am a 47 year old women who has been living with a man for 17 years. we also have a daughter who will be 16 years old this year. i stood by his side while he worked to pay for a home that he bought during our relationship. through the years i have invested money on landscaping. our daughter ran into some medical troubles and i quit my job to stay home with her. i started a housecleaning business so that i could be with her. i would be there to put her on the bus and take her off. took her to after school activities. i cleaned the house bought all the groceries, paid the cable bills. i thought i was helping him to provide a home for us. but in return he has only provided a home for him and his daughter. i feel emotionally unstable and can not afford to go on my own. during the time i was home with our daughter he never helped me with any of the cost of running the inside of the home. in the past couple of years he has not done anything for me. now the mortgage is paid for and i still have all the bills of the house. i want to walk away and have him give me $25,000. but i don't even know if i have a right to ask for that. help alone and broke, looking for a new start

And you didn't get married because? Well you relationship goes back before they outlawed common law marriage in Pennsylvania so you may able to claim that you have a common law marriage. Assuming you held yourselves out as married.
