I am 50 years old, in bad health, I drove tractor trailor for a living until I lost my job. I am on public assistance my wife left me and is suing me for alimony pendent lite in Pennsylvania, I own my home before my marriage and o have no income will I loose my home if I cant afford to pay,

OK assuming there are no children involved she is entitled to 40% of the DIFFERENCE in incomes. So you get more in public assistance than she makes? I don't find that very likely. Now she could claim that they should impute income because you could work but she would have to prove it.
