Can I appeal a custody agreement 2 years later?

not really. But depending on the agreement you can usually file to Modify the Agreement if appropriate circumstances have changed. If the Agreement was entered as custody Order you can seek an enforcement action if it is not being complied. Also it is possible you can simply file a custody action if no custody Order has been entered by the Court. The Agreement may not be binding on the Court.
