Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have asked several other questions, but answers are vague. My husband hooked up with old flame from Ca...She found him in Facebook.I had read over 200 Facebook messages before he changed his password..I know he is calling her from cell phone,,and messaging her on Facebook. He also told her when I work which is 3 nights a week.Even thou they are not intimate,,isn't this a form of cheating!?? After he hooked up with her ,he asked for a divorce...said he doesn't want a knock down drag out fight...Can I subpoena, his cell phone records??To prove he I lying to me...

Supposing you can what do you want to accomplish knowing he lied? A divorce? Then just divorce him. whether he lied or not is of little importance..

If you want specific detailed answers you need to talk to an attorney.
