Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Attention John Davidson ESQ....You responded to my question " Mess of a situation" about an ex who left town after getting pregnant to raise my child with her lesbian girlfriend/wife.
The mother and my son are located in Fayette Co. I live in Steuben county in NY with my long term girlfriend, her children and our new baby. I have pages of text messages to prove she knew from day one that I was the biological father and she apologizes for keeping us apart. She also mentions texts from her girlfriend being mad that she contacted the "sperm donor"...I never consented to be a "donor".
Days after she disappeared again, he step-mother and her father who have custody of her first son, called to tell me that she went back to the girlfriend in Pennsylvania. She said she was worried for my son and begged me to get him from the both of them.
