Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My aunt has dementia, the two appointed POA live 3 hoursa away and seem too busy but will not send a letter relinquishing their POA. I want to get her home care or placed somewhere that can help her. How can I help, The two POA are her nieces, my cousins, we are not ckose and they dont reply to me or my father who is their uncle.

What is an appointed POA? First a POA is a document. Next the gent (the person grant the power to act for the principal (your aunt) aren't appointed they would become adents by your aunt signing a POA. If they (the agents)were appointed by a court then they are your aunts guardians. If that's what they are then you can petition the orphans court to appoint different guardians.
